Who we are
Slim Car Casablanca is a car rental agency located on Rue Hafid Ibrahim, Gauthier district, 20060 Casablanca. The website www.slim-car.com presents our fleet and prices. Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp.
Data we collect
The website has no customer accounts and no online payment. We only collect personal data when you contact us or rent a vehicle:
- by phone or WhatsApp: your number, your name and the information useful for your request (dates, vehicle wanted);
- when renting: the information needed for the contract (ID document, driving licence), in line with our legal obligations.
How we use your data
Your data is used only to answer your request, confirm the availability and price of a vehicle, draw up and perform the rental contract, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it for profiling or automated marketing.
Cookies and embedded content
The website only uses the technical cookies needed for it to work. Some pages embed a Google Maps map: when it is displayed, Google may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing your data
We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law or for the needs of the service (for example vehicle insurance). WhatsApp messages go through the WhatsApp service, which has its own privacy policy.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request, then for the period required by law for rental contracts. After that, it is deleted.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. If a data breach is likely to concern you, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us by phone or WhatsApp on +212 6 64 12 12 96, or visit the agency. You may also contact the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
