Mohammed V airport in a nutshell
Mohammed V international airport is about 30 km south-east of Casablanca, on the road to Marrakech. Count roughly thirty minutes by road to the city centre, longer at rush hour. A rental car saves you from waiting for a taxi or depending on train times, especially if you arrive late or with luggage.
How to get from the airport to Casablanca
As a guide, here are the most common options (check fares and times before you travel):
- ONCF train: about 35 minutes to Casa-Voyageurs station, for around forty dirhams in 2nd class, with roughly one train an hour from 6 am to 10 pm. The station is several kilometres from the centre, so you then need a taxi.
- Grand taxi: about 300 dirhams to the city centre, a bit more at night. Agree on the price before you get in.
- Rental car: you drive straight to your hotel, your accommodation or your next stop, whenever suits you.

Which car to choose when you arrive?
- City stay: a city car such as the Kia Picanto, available with a manual or automatic gearbox, is easy to park and economical.
- Family or luggage: a sedan or SUV such as the Dacia Duster or the Kia Sportage offers more space.
- Road trip: unlimited mileage lets you go as far as Marrakech, Rabat or Essaouira.
If you prefer an automatic gearbox to leave the airport stress-free, tell us in your first message: most of our models have one.

- Your plane ticket, so that we can follow your flight and deliver the car at the exact time, even if it is delayed
